1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Deskiy provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for eligible products purchased through store.deskiy.com.

The warranty period for each product is specified on the respective product page and begins from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to products used under normal residential conditions and in accordance with the intended purpose.

2. What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers:

Structural manufacturing defects

Mechanical failures under normal use

Hardware or component defects not caused by misuse

Deskiy reserves the right to inspect and verify any claimed defect.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper installation

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage or impact damage

Damage caused by external factors (water exposure, fire, electrical issues, etc.)

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Commercial or heavy-duty use unless explicitly stated

4. Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

Contact Deskiy customer support.

Provide proof of purchase.

Provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Deskiy reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies under warranty coverage.

5. Remedies

If a defect is confirmed, Deskiy may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the defective part

Replace the product

Issue a partial or full refund

Warranty remedies are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products only.

Deskiy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
