4. Delivery Responsibility

Being available to receive the shipment.
Inspecting the product upon delivery before signing any receipt.
Once the delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Deskiy shall not be liable for loss or damage unless reported within the required timeframe.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer absence, incorrect address, or refusal without valid reason:

6. Damaged During Shipping
