1. Right of Return

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused.

The product must be in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be intact.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Deskiy reserves the right to inspect returned items prior to approving any refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration.

Products returned without original packaging.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if clearly marked as non-returnable).

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, the customer must:

Contact Deskiy customer support through official communication channels.

Provide the order number and reason for return.

Await return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Processing time is typically 7–14 business days from approval date.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged or defective:

The customer must notify Deskiy within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photos or videos may be required.

Deskiy reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.

In case of unjustified refusal of delivery (Cash on Delivery orders), Deskiy reserves the right to restrict future order privileges.

7. Abuse of Policy

Deskiy monitors return patterns and reserves the right to refuse returns or limit services in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior.
